We are His people, the flock of the Lord The members of the Finance Council have a responsibility to assist the pastor  in the administration of the material goods of the parish. They have a duty to  examine and approve an annual budget based upon the goals and objectives  determined by the pastor and trustees, review monthly operating statements,  and examine all extraordinary transactions.   Trustees - Trustees are appointed to this office by the pastor, and sanctioned  by the Archbishop, from whom they received their mandates. Their function is  consultative, and provides for participation in the temporal administration of  the parish, in accordance with archdiocesan regulations and policies. It is  their responsibility to prepare and publish an annual budget in conjunction  with the annual financial report, to be submitted to the archdiocesan  administration. Trustees also sit as members of the Finance Council.   The 2010 - 2011 Finance Council members are: Msgr Maurice Comeault, John Hosang (Chair and Trustee), Trish Maguire Trustee Karen Kaiser, Joe Lafreniere, Rick Schwab, Arnold Ternowski, and Marilyn Coupland (Secretary)
